Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.

Example in my template (ads theme) everything there are in default mode like the banner and the 125x125 banner. My problem there is I would like to change the default banners but every time I edit my HTML code of my template there's an XML error. I asked and search about it because I don't have much knowledge about HTML. I stop and then I start trying to fix it.. and finally i get it. it's very simple especially for those who have knowledge about HTML. below is a banner code that I want to place in my template to replace the default banner.

How I fix this? to remove the error????
