Jordanian boy Hazem Hawamdeh is held by his father at their home in Jerash December 3, 2008. Hawamdeh, an 11-year-old boy from the northern city of Jerash, could be the smallest boy in the world, weighing 5.6 kg (12 pounds) with a height of nearly 70 cm (28 inches) as his family struggles to solve the mystery of his small size.

This is not much of a mystery. He is an obvious primordial dwarf-a rare genetic condition. He has the perfect proportionate size and the facial features common to those who have the condition. This was posted some time ago, perhaps the parents know now and can care for him accordingly.
    He sure is cute!
