Yoga is a therapeutic system of theory and put into practice. It is a blend of breathing workout, physical positions, and reflection.


That video is very challenging right? For us who do not practiced Yoga we will think it's so difficult to do and It's not just a normal exercise. Yoga help us to improve our way of living and live healthy.
